Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 2/3 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Yeast
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- In large bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in water. Add oil, salt, and 3/4 c flour till blended. Add rest of flour 1/4 c at a time, till mixture forms a ball that cleans sides of bowl. Knead 8-10 min. Please dough in greased bowl, coating dough with oil. Cover and let rise till double, about an hour. Punch down and let rest 20 mins. Dough is now ready to be shaped, topped, and cooked.
