Home Made Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 1 5-lbs bag flour
- 2 package yeast
- 1 cup water warm
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon Salt
Instructions
- Add yeast, salt & oil to warm water; stir with wooden spoon. Add flour, mix with hands, knead for 20 minutes from “ball” (non-sticky) stage, on floured surface. After kneading, shape into large log and cut into 7 indiv. doughs to freeze. Before using, thaw dough in bowl overnight, covering surface with oil to keep soft. Punch down when dough rises. Spread dough in pizza pan and top with sauce, cheese, etc. Bake about 16 min. 1t 425 deg. until done
