Basic Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 400 grams Bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 pack Instant yeast or about 2 1/4 teaspoons
  • 220 ml Water heated to 100-110F
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a stand mixer with a dough hook until the dough ball approx 5-7 minutes.
  2. Remove from bowl onto lightly floured surface and need 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  3. Place doughball into a bowl thats been lightly oiled with olive oil and cover with a towel
  4. allow the dough to rise at room temp until its double in size (about an hour)
  5. remove from bowl and divide into 3 even portions and form each into a round, smooth doughball.
  6. You can use fresh or freeze for up to 3 months
  7. when ready to use, top as desired and bake on a pizza stone thats been preheated to 500F for 5-6 minutes or until crust is to desired doneness
