Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 3 3/4 cups All purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/3 cups warm water
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 package Yeast active dry yeast
- 3 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Wisk flour and salt together, make a well in the flower and add the water. Add yeast and sugar to the water and wait till foamy, approximation 5-10 minuets. Add olive oil and kneed till smooth. roll into a ball and cover to rise until doubled, approximation 1 hour.
