Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 500 grams All purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 cube Yeast crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 325-350 ml Water warm

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a bowl and knead them into a firm, dry dough. Let it rest for about an hour, until it reaches twice its size. Open on a flat surface, add ingredients and leave in pre-heated oven (about 200C) for about fifteen minutes.
