pizza dough
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup All purpose flour
- 1/4 cup warm/room temp water
- dash salt
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- baby nail freash yeast
Instructions
- mix a dash of salt into flour
- pour flour on cutting board and make well
- add a baby nail size amount of fresh yeast
- add olive oil in well
- pour a bit of water in at a time and pull flour from sides and continue to mix
- once mixed …knead dough for about 5 mins
- leave out for at least 2 hours..til it doubles in size and then refrigerate
