Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water 100-110 degrees
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast. Stir in oil.
  2. Sift flour and salt together. Stir into oil water mixture.
  3. Knead in bowl til firm and elastic, about 15 minutes.
  4. Let rise 2 hours.
  5. 4 pie tins or 2 cookies sheets.
  6. Baker at 450 for 50 minutes.
