Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 1 package dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water 100-110 degrees
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast. Stir in oil.
- Sift flour and salt together. Stir into oil water mixture.
- Knead in bowl til firm and elastic, about 15 minutes.
- Let rise 2 hours.
- 4 pie tins or 2 cookies sheets.
- Baker at 450 for 50 minutes.
