Pizza Dough de Bull

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Water hot
  • 3/4 cup Flour
  • 1/4 cup Cornmeal fine ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey active manuka
  • 1/2 cup Water hot
  • 1 1/2 cups Flour

Instructions

  1. Knead dough for 8 minutes until smooth and elastic
  2. Proof in bowl at room temp for 1 hour
  3. Punch down dough and proof for additional hour
  4. Preheat oven with pizza stone ~~at; 450F
  5. Bake with toppings for 15 minutes or until browned
