Pizza Dough de Bull
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/4 cup Water hot
- 3/4 cup Flour
- 1/4 cup Cornmeal fine ground
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey active manuka
- 1/2 cup Water hot
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
Instructions
- Knead dough for 8 minutes until smooth and elastic
- Proof in bowl at room temp for 1 hour
- Punch down dough and proof for additional hour
- Preheat oven with pizza stone ~~at; 450F
- Bake with toppings for 15 minutes or until browned
