Chicago Style Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/8 cup oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 1/2 ounces beer

Instructions

  1. Mix with a mixer. Flatten on a pizza stone or flat cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Add sauce, toppings, and cheese. Bake again until cheese is where you want it.
