Chicago Style Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 1 package dry yeast
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1/8 cup water
- 2 cups flour
- 1/8 cup oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 1/2 ounces beer
Instructions
- Mix with a mixer. Flatten on a pizza stone or flat cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Add sauce, toppings, and cheese. Bake again until cheese is where you want it.
