Pizza crust
Ingredients
- 1 1/8 cups water
- 2 cups white spelt flour
- 2 cups whole spelt flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon yeast
Instructions
- Use 1/2 teaspoon yeast for New York style pizza or paninos.
- Add all ingredients to Zojirushi bread maker in order listed.
- Make depression in flour for yeast to keep it dry.
- Set bread maker on dough setting.
- Form dough into two equal balls
- Use rolling pin on floured surface to form dough into two pizza crusts
- Add toppings and bake at 450 degrees F for 8 minutes.
