Pizza bread
Ingredients
- 11 ounces Warm water
- 2 teaspoons Yeast active dry yeast
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 4 cups All purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- 8 ounces Mozzarella
- 8 tablespoons Melted Butter
- I tablespoon Fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water and allow to bubble. Combine flour and salt. Add oil and yeast mixture to flour. Knead into dough. Let rise for 1 1/2 hours.
- Combine melted butter with spices and set aside. Shape dough into 2 inch balls and fill each ball with mozzarella cheese. Coat balls with butter mixture. Place balls into bundt pan, putting them on top of each other. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
