Basic Pizza Crust
Ingredients
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2.5 tsp Yeast
- 1 cup water warm water
- 5 cups flour
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Mix salt, sugar, yeast, water, oil and 1 cup of flour in the mixer. Once fully mixed, slowly add more flour 1/2 cup at a time until it comes together in a ball using a dough hook. Keep the mixer going for 10 minutes to kneed the dough. Let rise for 1 hour. Roll into a flat circle and top with favorite toppings. Bake on pizza stone @ 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
