Pizza / Calzone Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lukewarm water
  • 2 1/4 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine water through sugar in bowl, Stir and set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Add flour, mix until smooth. Knead for 10 minutes - until smooth and elastic.
  3. Oil bowl, place dough inside and cover with dish towel. Let rise until double. About 1 hour.
  4. For calzones - quarter into balls, cover and let rise an additional 15 minutes.
