Pizza / Calzone Dough
Ingredients
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 2 1/4 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Combine water through sugar in bowl, Stir and set aside for 15 minutes.
- Add flour, mix until smooth. Knead for 10 minutes - until smooth and elastic.
- Oil bowl, place dough inside and cover with dish towel. Let rise until double. About 1 hour.
- For calzones - quarter into balls, cover and let rise an additional 15 minutes.
