Pizza & Calzone Dough
Ingredients
- 2 C. Flour
- 1 packet Quick-rise active dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3/4 C. warm water
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- cornmeal for dusting
Instructions
- Combine flour, yeast, salt, sugar in processor. Heat water and olive oil to 125 degrees; add while processor is running to form a ball, then knead one minute. Turn out; cover to rest for 10 minutes. Make ahead and refrigerate, bring to room temperature; roll on floured board, transfer to cornmeal dusted pan, add toppings. bake on lowest rack of 500 degree oven for 12- 15 minutes.
