Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons yeast
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cups Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Pour warm water in small bowl. Add honey and salt. Mix until well blended. Add the yeast and mix some more. Let sit 5 minutes until foamy (will smell like beer.)
- Add 1 C of flour and olive oil and mix until well blended. Add rest of the flour 1 cup at a time (and any other additions - crushed garlic, herbs, etc). Knead until it balls up nicely. Let rise until doubled in size, about 45 minutes.
- Punch down, let rise for another hour. Roll out to desired size and thickness.
