Whole wheat pizza dough for one
Ingredients
- 10 tablespoons Whole-wheat flour
- 1/2 Cup White flour
- 1 teaspoon Quick-rise active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Pinch Salt
Instructions
- Two hours before baking, mix dry ingredients (flour,sugar,yeast, salt) in a bowl. Add luke warm water and knead for 2 to 3 minutes. Cover bowl with plastic and top with a dish towel. 20 minutes before baking turn oven to 450 degrees and place pizza stone in oven. While oven and stone are preheating knead the dough again. After oven is preheated stretch out dough on pizza stone and bake for 5 minutes. Remove crust from oven and add your favorite toppings.
