Easy Wheat Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Water distilled
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Honey
- 3 cups Whole-wheat flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 3/4 cup bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Yeast
Instructions
- Place wet ingredients and sea salt in bread machine pan. Add flour then scoop small hole intop of flour and pour yeast in whole. Set machine to dough setting. Remove dough from machine, let rest 30 minutes. Prepare pizza as desired. Bake in 425? oven for 20 minutes.
