Pizza dough

Ingredients

  • 4-5 cups All purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 packages Yeast active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Measure 4 1/2 cups of flour
  2. Mix water (100 degrees), yeast, sugar, salt and oil
  3. add to flour and knead for 10 minutes
  4. cover and let rest for an hour
  5. knead again and cut into 2-3 dough balls
  6. seal in plastic bags and refrigerate until ready to use
  7. roll out and cook at 500 degrees for 10 minutes
  8. take off pan after 5 minutes
