Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups bread flour
- 1 1/8 teaspoons dry active yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup water warm
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, dissolve the yeast and the sugar in the warm water. Let stand for approx. 10 minutes until creamy.
- Stir in the flour, salt and oil.
- Transfer to a floured surface and knead for approx. 5 minutes.
- Put into an oiled bowl and cover with a towel. Let the dough rise for at minimum 3 hours in a warm, dry place. Refrigerate overnight if necessary.
